Warranty Policy
All products sold by DirectD are covered under warranty, subject to its respective terms and conditions as followed.
All smartphones sold at DirectD are original sets. Warranty coverage, policy and length follows what is set by the respective principal. Customers can send their purchased original set directly to an authorized service center for warranty claims. Alternatively, DirectD customers can bring the item to our service center and we will help send it to the authorized service center based on our schedule.
Note: Water damage can still happen to waterproof devices. This falls under invalidation of warranty.
Note: All warranty claims must be accompanied by the shop's official tax invoice/receipt/proof of purchase (photocopy or original). The shop reserves the right to reject warranty claims without proof of purchase.
Note: The shop is not liable for any data loss due to repair/services. Please back up your data before sending your item for warranty.
Note: During repair, the shop has the right to remove any parts/accessories as needed (e.g. tempered glass, screen protector, stickers/skins). The shop will not replace or be responsible for removed or damaged accessories.
Note: The shop will not cover shipping costs to send a faulty item to us. Customers must also pay return shipment for service cancellations or devices with invalidated warranty. However, for eligible warranty claims, the shop will bear the cost of sending the device back to the customer.
